I love a good challenge
My passion is empowering my team. It’s not about me anymore — it’s about arming Creatives with the tools they need to succeed and find happiness in their career. I am proud to be the voice of my team and our business. I’m comfortable with getting uncomfortable, swimming upstream to get the job done, no matter the challenge.
Today, I see myself as a business leader, not just an art director and creative director. Over the past decade, my partners and I grew our agency’s capabilities to include content, digital, social and concept in order to deftly and effectively address our clients’ needs. Not only did we craft an unstoppable team, we increased our revenue from $8 million to over $30 million.
Eleven years ago I was charged with building the creative team at TMA. We started as a promotions shop and we’ve since grown to a media-agnostic agency — now experts in everything from in-store, social and digital to content and TV. Today, this robust team includes 90 Creatives across 4 different offices in Dallas, New York, Chicago and Irvine. Fostering, challenging and growing this talent has been the most fulfilling role of my career.
